The hotel was simply amazing. Great location near the boulevard, the room was very big and super clean , staff were amazing (specially Omar at the reception) , the cleaning staff were super friendly and they know how to make the guest very pleased with their needs ( special thanks to a great guy named Ahmad alradidah احمد الردايده ), the hotel bellman was super kind and super friendly, the breakfast there has a variety of choices and very tasty, the pool there was super clean, the hotel simply was amazing and I enjoyed to the fullest while staying there for 8 nights.

I like everything about the staff including the receptionist and the security and the pool safeguards, I get the room 2 hours before the check-in time They responded positively to everything I asked, and my family too. They give us more bottles of water for my kids They carry everything I have and give it to me at the room door since I have two kids to take care of once I enter the hotel. They tried to clean the room two times while my daughter vomited on the ground Special thanks to Miss Marah she realy did her best.

His professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction were nothing short of remarkable. Mr. Abu Jbara went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met, displaying a level of helpfulness and courtesy that was truly exceptional. In conclusion, my stay at the Landmark Hotel was an unforgettable experience, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman and look forward to my next stay.

Mr. Hana goes all the way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, he upgraded my room and complimented free breakfast in replacement of the air conditioning switching mode to heating, that made my room a bit too warm. All the staffs are very friendly.

This hotel offers great value for money with a very comfortable bed, a large breakfast selection, and friendly, polite staff. The hotel also promotes sustainability with a mobile virtual key, but a traditional key is available upon request.
